I led the creative direction for a series of websites aimed at growing the Health Mart franchise. Our goal was to create an experience that would entice independent pharmacists to join the Health Mart family. I was responsible for the wireframes, UX flows, and brand storytelling, ensuring the entire user journey was compelling and seamless.
Working closely with the creative team and managing a team of web developers, I oversaw the project from concept to launch, delivering a digital platform that effectively communicates the value of the Health Mart franchise and drives membership.
