Google Ads Center of Excellence Managers Summit

This was more than an event; it was a brand launch. When the ACE team came to us, they had a clear vision: to celebrate their top managers in a way that felt both inspiring and uniquely theirs. Our mission was to bring that vision to life, and we had just 30 days to do it.

We started with the most fundamental element: the brand identity. We knew the logo and visual language needed to reflect the dynamism and leadership of the ACE Managers themselves. We developed a look and feel from the ground up, a flexible system that would set the tone for this inaugural summit and all future events.

From there, we expanded the creative vision across every touchpoint. We designed everything from animated on-screen graphics to environmental branding that transformed the NYC venue into an immersive experience. Badges, signage, and presentation decks weren't just functional; they were part of a cohesive story. The execution was flawless, a true testament to our team's ability to operate like a well-oiled machine under pressure.

The result was an incredibly welcoming and inspiring two-day summit that set a new standard for ACE. We didn't just produce a conference; we established a creative foundation that celebrates and empowers their best.

KUDOS FROM CLIENT: Thanks so much!! Everything is rocking & rolling So many amazing comments on the deck, logo, and all the visuals!!! Attendees loved that everything was branded, cohesive and super put together.

This was the presentation deck we designed based on the brands' circle esthetic using illustrations and the backdrop of NYC.

This was the backdrop for the giant screen deemed "Manhattenhenge" as guests walked to their seats and used around the conference for a branded experience.

The ACE+ logo was created for different initiatives happening within the Ace Center of Excellence. Below is for the DEI initiative. The idea is that the copy in grey can be replaced but the graphic portion is consistent and shows the diversity of people it takes to create a team.

Google User Experience Infrastructure, Community Studio

My role was to lead the creative vision for this new studio. We needed more than just a logo; we needed a visual mark that encapsulated the core mission of UXI. The identity had to be thoughtful, intelligent, and distinctly Google, but also stand on its own as a symbol of this unique community engagement and research space. We created a brand that represents clarity, insight, and the human-centered focus at the heart of their work.

This visual mark is the new beacon for UXI, signifying a place where curiosity leads to innovation and where the very tools of research are being refined and perfected. It's a brand that doesn't just look good—it tells a story about Google's commitment to understanding its users, from the inside out.

We kicked off the project, workshopping ideas as a team using for inspiration with the clients.

From the sketches, the next step of the creative process was to do quick digital sketches. Quick black and whites to flush all the ideas out.

From there we refined the best the laddered up the the creative brief.

And here was the winner.

This was a deck created to play on a giant screen and engage the participants in the space. This deck and visual mark are the start of the  brand as they continue to build out their assets. It's fun to watch a new brand come to life.

Google User Experience Research video

We tackled the challenge of demystifying the Google study sign-up process by creating an awareness video for the UXR homepage. It clearly explains the participant journey from start to finish, all while highlighting the benefits of user studies and building trust around privacy and data security.

To reach more people, we produced both English and Hindi versions. I led the voiceover production, partnering with translators and linguists to ensure a seamless and authentic translation of the copy and phonetic structure.

Google UXR illustrations

When the UXR team launched their rebranded website, we needed to drive traffic and build a compelling social media presence. The core of our campaign was a series of original illustrations that told a powerful story: that every participant's feedback helps shape the future of Google.

Each illustration was carefully crafted to capture a unique story of user interaction. This wasn't just about visuals; it was about showing that we value every voice, everywhere.

The campaign successfully leveraged these visuals to not only drive traffic to the new site but also to foster a deeper connection with our audience by celebrating the diversity of our participants and the collective impact they have on the products they use every day.

Google User Experience Research website launch

Google’s UXR team works with participants around the globe to conduct user research on Google products. The ask was to re-design and develop a website to engage the user in a compelling way, in order to drive signups. With the use of characters and product illustrations the website was brought to life. It was then localized globally in different markets including Japan, India and Latin America.
