Google Ads Center of Excellence Managers Summit

This was the first ACE Summit celebrating ACE Managers for a two-day event in NYC. We partnered with their team to create a fully branded experience in 30 days. From logo development and animation to decks and environmental production, the execution like a well oiled machine and was a welcoming and inspiring event.

Starting with a logo, we developed the look and feel for the first ACE Manager Summit, then applied it across a range of supporting materials like badges, signage, and presentation decks.

KUDOS FROM CLIENT: Thanks so much!! Everything is rocking & rolling So many amazing comments on the deck, logo, and all the visuals!!! Attendees loved that everything was branded, cohesive and super put together.

This was the presentation deck we designed based on the brands' circle esthetic using illustrations and the backdrop of NYC.

This was the backdrop for the giant screen deemed "Manhattenhenge" as guests walked to their seats and used around the conference for a branded experience.

The ACE+ logo was created for different initiatives happening within the Ace Center of Excellence. Below is for the DEI initiative. The idea is that the copy in grey can be replaced but the graphic portion is consistent and shows the diversity of people it takes to create a team.

Google User Experience Infrastructure, Community Studio

As an internal Google initiative with their UX team, User Experience Infrastructure or UXI launched a community engagement and user research testing space within the Chelsea, NY office to observe how users set up their hybrid environments. They seek to ‘research the researcher’ and capture the ‘voice of the user.’  We were asked to brand the studio with a visual mark.

We kicked off the project, workshopping ideas as a team using for inspiration with the clients.

From the sketches, the next step of the creative process was to do quick digital sketches. Quick black and whites to flush all the ideas out.

From there we refined the best the laddered up the the creative brief.

And here was the winner.

This was a deck created to play on a giant screen and engage the participants in the space. This deck and visual mark are the start of the  brand as they continue to build out their assets. It's fun to watch a new brand come to life.

Google User Experience Research video

Participating in a Google study can sometimes be confusing so our job was to create a video that explains how the process works from sign up to helping the global community at large. The video lives on the UXR home page generating awareness to encourage new users to sign up and highlighting the benefits of participating in user studies, while building trust and assurance for everyone’s privacy.

A Hindi version was made in addition to English. I oversaw the voice talent, which was wonderful.  I worked with translators and linguists to make sure copy and phonetic structure was translated properly into Hindi.

Google UXR illustrations

When Google’s UXR team launch their re-branded website, they needed social media campaigns to drive traffic. As part of the re-brand, illustrations were used as a way to tell carefully crafted stories of participants and how they interact with products. The main creative direction was how participation can help shape the future of Google. Each illustration tells a unique story. The characters are carefully crafted with DEI in mind at all times making sure to capture the entire global population.

Google User Experience Research website launch

Google’s UXR team works with participants around the globe to conduct user research on Google products. The ask was to re-design and develop a website to engage the user in a compelling way, in order to drive signups. With the use of characters and product illustrations the website was brought to life. It was then localized globally in different markets including Japan, India and Latin America.
